My goal with Scratch HQ was to create a space that would ignite all the senses and provide a comfortable and relaxing place for people to escape to on their lunch break. With the large semi-open industrial bakery, framed with lofty steel windows, customers are not only able to nosy in and watch the bakers creating all kinds of delicious treats but they are also able to smell the tempting aromas of the kitchen as soon as they walk in the door. The large bench seats with soft, plush linen cushions run down the left and right walls provide a more relaxed and cozy seating option whereas the large communal tables allow for flexibility of larger groups.
